The Middle Park Land Trust (MPLT) was incorporated in July of 1995 as a nonprofit corporation and was formerly known as the Grand County Land Conservancy. MPLT is dedicated to helping landowners preserve Grand County's scenery, agriculture, water, wildlife, and biological diversity for today and the future. We approach the protection of open space and natural resources in a non-regulatory and strictly voluntary manner. Funding from grants, donations, and membership dues enable us to work with landowners interested in protecting the unique natural resources on their land through the use of Conservation Easements. The Land Trust permanent office is located at 52 N. First Street (the small white building just north of the stoplight) in Granby. Office hours are Monday - Friday 8am -3pm and by appointment. Due to the nature of our business, we may be out of the office. But many times, we are also in the office during non-scheduled office hours. Stop by and see us! |
